Gianluca
Boschi was
born in Italy and is now a proud
citizen of Australia where he currently
lives, on Queensland’s Sunshine
Coast. He believes that part of becoming
the best we can be is choosing to
live in a specific location that
will project us towards our real
Self. He found his true Self
in Australia and considers it his
Soul country.
In exploring his work we find that
his:
- Mind
- with a thirst for knowledge
and a deep personal interest
in the human psyche, Gianluca
has explored the intricacies
of human behavior, through his
experiences as a counsellor at
Lifeline and his time spent nurturing
the young minds of his students
whilst a schoolteacher, he has
continued his journey of discovery
and at the same time helped many
people understand their own journey. With
an intuitive approach, Gianluca
studied Neuro-Linguistics and
hypnotherapy, becoming a life
coach and counsellor. Following
the success of his counseling
techniques using these specialist
programs and his own 5 step program,
Gianluca authored the book ‘Me,
my Self, and I – where
he not only expresses a positive
and motivational message with
the steps and keys to define
and reach your goals, but explores
a never before broached theory – that
human behavior has a genetic
basis.
- Body - Gianluca
is a Master Fitness Trainer and
a nutritional advisor. He
has been involved in many sports
including playing soccer over a
twenty year period as well as coaching
for youth and senior teams across
Queensland. With a keen interest
in how the mind affects the body,
he has developed a ‘holistic’ approach
to not only physical fitness but
also emotional well being and how
the body affects the mind and vice
versa.

To the people who
ask how he knows the secrets of
Mind & Body
he replies: “All of my life
I have been interested in how the
Mind works and the reasons why
we all behave as we do. I
lived in an orphanage in my youth
and I remember I chose to observe
the other children’s behaviour. It
was like watching a movie with
all the actors in it and their
different attitudes towards life. I
am third generation in a family
of psychics in Italy and fortunately
had the chance to experience my
grandmother’s psychic abilities
in my youth. The events that unfolded
in my life gave me the chance to
explore what eventually became
my primary interest."
"My interest in Body came from
a deeper knowledge about the need
of connecting the Mind with the Body.
The sport that crossed my journey
was soccer and because I consider
soccer a Mind-stimulating sport I
chose to play it. Eventually this
sport did help me; it kept me away
from trouble and taught me how to
look after my Self with good food
and right life-style in a holistic
way. As you can see, a major part
of my experience comes from a practical
background. I went through my theory
part in a completely different way
as I found little stimulation in
University textbooks, especially
the psychology ones with older and
down graded studies about human behaviour.
This, in my opinion, is what has
kept me from attaining my University
degree. Due to the older styles of
teaching in University I decide to
study in a private college with the
power to choose my teachers and the
topics.
The information I have written in my first book is,
for many, common knowledge; but in spite of this, only
a minority use these steps in their lifestyle and,
in my opinion, doctors, physicians, and the people
who practise psychology, are failing to use these skills
in their therapy. I have written them in five easy
steps with the intention of giving the public the information
in a do-it-yourself Self-realization book that will
last the span of time, because these points will always
be at the centre of our life-style (Universe)."
